Linda M. Dougherty

LINDA M. DOUGHERTY'S practice focuses primarily on food and drug law, advertising and labeling review, trademark prosecution and litigation, and copyright law. Ms. Dougherty received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2007, where she was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Before joining Ullman, Shapiro & Ullman, LLP, Ms. Dougherty completed a public interest fellowship at the New York Civil Liberties Union, where her work focused primarily on cases involving First Amendment law. Prior to law school, she received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ms. Dougherty is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
