SARAH B. KICKHAM graduated from Portland State University
with a B.S. in Geology in 1996 and received her J.D. from Brooklyn
Law School in 2005. Prior to and during law school she was a
research assistant in the intellectual property department of
a New York law firm where she worked in patent and trademark
prosecution as well as trademark litigation. Before working
in the legal field, Ms. Kickham headed a team at a Boston-based
biotech company in the purification department working with
large-scale chromatography columns. Her practice includes trademark
prosecution and litigation, licensing, copyright law and food
and drug law. Ms. Kickham is a member of the New York and Connecticut
State Bars and is admitted to practice before the Federal District
Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
